I have been a customer of this branch for many years and would like to say that I am extremely happy with them. It’s nice to have the peace of mind that my coverage needs are taken care of without a doubt. I would like to especially thank my agent, Misty Laney. Misty has always been there when I needed her help with my policy no matter what the question or issue was. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and has excellent customer service skills. There’s also been times that I called at the last minute and she stayed on the phone with me until the issue was resolved. I’m thankful for an agent and agency that is always there. I look forward to many more years with this branch and these fine folks!!
